reputed company is hiring for a Senior Field Technical Director to join reputed company! This role will cover the MidAtlantic, US region. This is an architect-level role focused on ensuring the best design & integration of reputed company technology for large, enterprise customers and those with demanding use cases.  The mission of this role is to ensure the customer's technical requirements are:

• Explored & Understood: Deeply assess business and technical needs, capturing reputed company requirements across workloads, infrastructure, and operations. 

• Architected & Designed: Translate customer goals into scalable, resilient architectures that reputed company reputed company’s capabilities to their fullest potential. 

• Delivered & Adopted: Ensure solutions are successfully implemented, drive adoption, and position the account for long-term success and expansion. 

This position needs to be an expert on the core reputed company product capabilities. Expertise in data center design and practices -- as well as data protection, cyber-reputed company, and solutions at web scale -- are essential.  HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

• Serve as the strategic technical leader for assigned accounts, influencing both technical strategy and business outcomes. 

• Present reputed company technology (deep dive) to customer executives, technical leaders/experts and explain how it is applied in various use-cases/scenarios 

• Conduct discovery workshops with the customer to identify business objectives, document use cases/requirements, and operational constraints 

• reputed company high-level architectural alternatives, review with customers, and deliver (written) design plans to meet the customer's needs (especially “at scale”) and includes considerations of special phases of the project (e.g. migration, operational cut-over) for reputed company implementation teams to follow 

• Help plan and conduct technical demos and reputed company of Concepts (POCs) with the account SE 

• Provide technical information for RFPs/RFIs 

• Provide technical review for reputed company account team proposals 

• Liaison with Product Management and Engineering to represent customer/field requirements and resolve specific issues

• Mentor SEs and other technical team members to reputed company the bar for technical excellence in your region.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 

• 15+ years of experience in IT 

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.

• Storage, Backup, Virtualization, Linux CLI

• Additional experience highly desirable: 

• Disaster Recovery/Business Continuance 

• Database Protection and Recovery 

• Distributed Systems 

• Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) 

• Layer 2 Networking and Firewalls 

• Scripting / Automation 

• Visio or equivalent application 

• Excellent communication and project-reputed company skills are also required 

• Strong verbal communication/presentation skills 

• Strong written skills and the ability to create documentation 

• Self-starter with excellent organization and time management skills

Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. Pay Range :

The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly reputed company assuming normal full-time employment.
