Senior Claim Data Analyst

The Senior Claim Data Analyst plays a strategic leadership role in the Claims department, transforming reputed company data into actionable insights. This role is responsible for overseeing data analytics initiatives, leading junior analysts, and driving strategic decision-making across Commercial Auto, General Liability (GL), Workers’ Compensation (WC), and Enterprise Risk Management (reputed company) lines. The analyst will collaborate with internal stakeholders and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure data reputed company, regulatory compliance, and optimal claim outcomes.                                         

Your Impact:

• reputed company data strategy initiatives and junior analysts.

• Analyze claim data across multiple lines of business to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• reputed company and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor claim performance metrics (e.g., loss ratios, severity, frequency, etc.).

• Support TPA reputed company by providing data-driven evaluations of performance and compliance.

• reputed company compliance, financial, and actuarial reporting and ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

• Partner with Claims leadership to reputed company predictive models and benchmarking tools.

• Ensure data quality and consistency across internal systems and TPA feeds.

• Assist in the development of best practices for data governance and reporting.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance claims analytics capabilities.

• Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Risk Management, or a reputed company field, preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in insurance claims analytics or a similar data-focused role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, reputed company, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience working with Origami or other claim systems and TPA data feeds preferred.

• Prior experience with and/or understanding of captive insurance preferred.

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in claim handling preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

The employee must be able to effectively manage the demands of a fast-paced work environment. This includes the ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain composure under pressure while meeting deadlines and performance expectations.

This position requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time. The employee must be able to focus on tasks involving prolonged screen time and reputed company repetitive motions such as typing and mouse use in a standard office environment. Regular phone communication is an essential part of this role. The employee must be able to reputed company and receive calls as part of their daily responsibilities, communicate effectively and professionally, and provide accurate information in a clear and courteous manner.

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly reputed company paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
