As a member of the Payments and Digital Strategy crew at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transactions and resolving customer inquiries reputed company to payments, digital services, and other financial matters. Your role will involve:

• Completing daily tasks reputed company to account processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers
• Coordinating with various stakeholders, including vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assisting different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing
• Working on member cases and projects assigned
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to facilitate budget transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer regulations
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and court fees
