What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and solutions to customers' issues
- Providing product or service knowledge to customers, either through phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and empathetic manner
- Collaborating with team members to reputed company customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong product or service knowledge, with a willingness to learn and reputed company your skills
- Computer savvy, with experience using software applications and technology
The Equipment You'll Need
To work from home, you'll need:
- A reliable internet reputed company with a speed of at least 15 Mbps
- A hardwired direct reputed company to your home router (Wi-Fi connections are permitted on some assignments)
- A USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
- A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily login
