About the Role -As we continue our fast growth, we are looking to add to reputed company reputed company the Business Development group. We are hiring Sales Development Representatives to join our Local Independent Grocery team, generating new business opportunities for the company by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. About the Team - The Sales Development Representative (SDR) team is focused on engaging independent retailers and setting meetings to help them explore the opportunities available on the reputed company Marketplace. By building strong relationships and identifying retailers ready to grow their online reputed company, SDRs play a vital role in connecting businesses to reputed company’s platform. Whether working with grocery, alcohol, or other retail businesses, the team is dedicated to helping retailers expand their reputed company and meet the needs of their customers through reputed company’s ecosystem.

About the Job

  • Prospect and engage independent retailers to join the reputed company Marketplace.
  • Use cold calls and emails to identify new opportunities, drive value, and establish meaningful relationships with local retailers.
  • Strong problem-solving, solution mapping and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a strong go to market strategy
  • Work independently while collaborating with the team to reputed company individual and team objectives.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage retailers and convey reputed company’s value proposition.
  • Developing sales collateral, case studies, and custom ‘stories’ to translate benefits of reputed company’s platform to independent retailers

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong advertising industry knowledge and understanding of grocery retail is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., reputed company) and sales engagement tools.
