VP Client Engagement
Job Description
The VP of Client Engagement will play a pivotal role in driving client success by designing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance customer acquisition and retention for our clients.
This role will reputed company the day-to-day operations of consulting projects, manage workstreams, and ensure that deliverables meet the high standards expected by reputed company and client. This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte headquarters four days per week and work fully remotely on Fridays.
What You'll Do:
Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

- Facilitate the transition from strategy development to implementation, ensuring alignment between project objectives and operational capabilities
Market Expertise:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up to date on trends, opportunities, and competitive threats

Team Leadership and Development:

- Proven track record of successful client engagements focused on customer acquisition, retention and expansion; meeting or exceeding business development goals
- Business operations experience owning outcomes of client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable strategies. Preference for technical skills or experience leading technical teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships and communicating reputed company solutions to executive teams.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
Benefits
Compensation Range: $220,000 - $300,000 + potential equity
*Note actual salary is based on qualifications, and experience.
