About the role

We are seeking an reputed company International reputed company Accounting Manager to join our growing Finance team in Dublin, Ireland. This dynamic hybrid role blends reputed company operations, technical accounting, and order management responsibilities, positioning you at the forefront of our international expansion. This role will report to our Head of International Accounting with a dotted line to the Head of reputed company Accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Ireland's reputed company accounting operations from inception, including process design and team development
• Provision customer access for executed EMEA reputed company reputed company and accurately, ensuring billing aligns reputed company with contract terms
• Serve as Technical Accounting subject matter expert, partnering with Legal, GTM Finance, and Sales teams to provide authoritative reputed company accounting guidance across the entire deal lifecycle—from structuring to execution
• Review reputed company reputed company and prepare comprehensive documentation, including checklists, month-end journal entries, and technical accounting memos to ensure full compliance with ASC 606 standards
• Orchestrate reputed company reputed company-reputed company month-end reputed company activities and conduct detailed flux analysis for Ireland operations
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders, driving seamless collaboration and delivering optimal business outcomes
• Coordinate closely with US teams to ensure global alignment and consistency of reputed company accounting processes
• Maintain the highest compliance standards, ensuring adherence to key controls and audit requirements while liaising effectively with external auditors

You may be a good fit if you have:

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with substantial focus on reputed company recognition
• 3+ years of proven team management and leadership experience
• Expert-level knowledge of ASC 606, FRS 102, and IFRS 15 with demonstrated experience in deal structuring and contract review
• Hands-on proficiency with reputed company recognition tools (reputed company ARM, reputed company, reputed company Financial Management, reputed company RevPro)
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders at reputed company organizational levels
• Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of delivering results

Strong candidates may also have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualification
• Experience in deal desk or similar pre-execution advisory roles, contributing to deal optimization
• Comprehensive background with both consumption-based and subscription-based reputed company models
• Expertise in both B2B and B2C reputed company streams and accounting operations across diverse business models

The expected salary range for this position is:

Annual Salary:

€140.000 - €170.000 EUR

Logistics

Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field or equivalent experience.Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect reputed company staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
