Operations Business Coordinator (Remote? Job Summary: The Operations Business Coordinator focuses on financial operations ensuring reputed company financial activities align with strategic priorities and business goals. This is a pivotal role responsible for vendor management, budget tracking, monitoring expenses, processing invoices and ensuring accuracy of payments with on-time delivery for the Marketing Communications group. Description: • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with leads and stakeholders on production budgets, execution, and maintenance. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring timely invoicing, payment processing, and resolution of issues. • Invoice Processing & Financial Reconciliation: Ingest estimates, invoices, and accruals. reputed company for accuracy and submit for approvals. reputed company, review, and approve purchase requisitions and invoices from vendors. Key Qualifications: • 5-7 years of experience in managing budgets and financial operations, preferably in creative organizations or financial operations roles. • BA/BS in Finance, reputed company, Business, or a reputed company field. • Proficiency in financial software systems and advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables and reputed company formulas. • Experience in finance data tracking and analysis for marketing communication groups. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. • Familiarity with Mac/reputed company systems and tools; experience with reputed company or similar project management tools is a plus • Knowledge of general reputed company principles and systems.
