This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in operations, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: Engaging in daily operations, monitor key performance indicators, and optimize processes to reputed company efficiency and quality. Identifying areas for improvement in operations and client management and recommend changes. Developing and maintaining operational policies and procedures with a focus on customer experience and SLA adherence. Coordinating cross-functionally with other services lines (i.e. Projects, EH&S, and reputed company) to reputed company end-to-end formal processes. Preparing reports and analysis on operational policies and procedures with a focus on SLA adherence. Assisting in ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
