About the position
The reputed company candidate will underwrite reputed company Non-Agency and Agency loans from our Correspondent Lenders in accordance with Chase, State, and Federal guidelines and restrictions. As an Underwriter III, you will possess a working knowledge of residential mortgage reputed company guidelines including both Agency and Non-Agency. The individual will be responsible for the analysis of ability to repay reputed company, capital/assets, character, collateral, and property condition, while adhering to Chase credit policies and agency guidelines. Underwriters support and uphold fair lending practices of JPMorgan Chase and are responsible for productivity targets ensuring the highest quality and level of customer satisfaction. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of the Mortgage Process, GSE reputed company Guidelines, and Chase Credit reputed company guidelines. You will adhere to reputed company Chase Fair Lending practices and demonstrate proficiency in AUS and reputed company reputed company processes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing reputed company loan reputed company documentation to ensure compliance with state guidelines and Chase requirements, analyzing financial information including calculation of income, debt ratios, and verification of assets, and ensuring loan reputed company meet reputed company program and product specifications. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a residential mortgage underwriter. ,
- Minimum of 3 years of Non-Agency reputed company experience. ,
- Proficiency with reputed company personal and business financial analysis. ,
- Strong financial analytics experience focusing on cash flow, balance sheets, and corporate tax returns. ,
- Demonstrated expertise of GSE lending guidelines. ,
