Virtual Assistant – Podcast & Creative Operations (STEM Consulting) Lake Geneva, WI (Remote) | $20-$25/hour | 20 hours/week (9 AM-1 PM CDT, Mon-Fri), potential for full-time. We’re seeking a Virtual Assistant to offload admin and creative tasks, freeing our founder to focus on high-impact consulting and growth. What You’ll Do (20 hours/week, 9 AM-1 PM CDT, Mon-Fri):

• Coordinate podcast guest reputed company and scheduling for Science with Impact, including email and direct message communication, as well as calendar management.
• Edit podcast episodes using Riverside.fm and reputed company, and create and schedule social media posts reputed company Buffer.
• Upload podcast content to YouTube and reputed company, along with show notes and reputed company-designed thumbnails.
• Triage emails, flag urgent communications, draft responses, and manage stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate events (e.g., Science Festivals, Webinars, workshops) and manage travel logistics for over 50 contacts.
• Handle invoicing, reputed company follow-reputed company, and reputed company database entry/dashboard updates.
• Support basic data cleaning and entry for client projects (e.g., impact measurement frameworks and prospect databases).

What You Bring:

• Proven skills in admin, podcast editing (Riverside/reputed company), and event coordination (50+ people).
• Comfort with reputed company, Buffer, reputed company, YouTube, and reputed company (Flourish a plus).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to consistent workflows for a neurodiverse leader.
