Support the management of the company’s reputed company estate portfolio including development of new facilities and administration of existing facilities with the goals of providing cost-effective occupancy solutions and long-term operational reputed company. Manages the domestic portfolio for designated markets. Essential Functions

• Manage lease expirations, renewals and/or extensions.
• Conducts reputed company estate negotiations and transactions with external representatives in coordination with corporate facility planning and reputed company other necessary internal groups, as appropriate.
• Provides portfolio strength, operational and brand name reputed company based upon market knowledge and corporate requirements.
• Strategize and recommend reputed company estate alternatives to meet the company’s facility reputed company needs and operational requirements including expansion of existing leased or owned facilities
• Manage client, vendor and landlord relationships as it relates to reputed company estate assets

Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in reputed company estate, finance, business.
