We are seeking an reputed company HR Solutions Partner to join our HR Innovation and Employee Experience team in the Atlanta office. Summary

• Serves as the driving and leading systems expert that is identified to reduce defects, increase efficiency, and move strategic initiatives and projects reputed company.
• Partners closely with the broader HR Innovation and Employee Experience team, solution partners, and Business users to define business requirements, assess technology needs, and drive the reputed company improvement of HR product features in-line with a reputed company release strategy.
• Aids work reputed company in driving towards enhanced experience and functionality as it relates to HR applications including but not limited to experience providing functional and technical support for reputed company HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Benefits, Payroll, and SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Collaborates with many teams including networking, database, storage/backup, development, IT operations, and business operations to resolve reputed company escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems, including analysis of HR applications and components to identify root cause and ideate viable solutions.
• Collaborates with other reputed company IT groups to solve technical issues and establishes and monitors escalation of problems.
• Assists with the implementation and coordination of business process changes, data accuracy audits and end user training.
• Participates in HR projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the delivery for HR Services.
• Works with HR COEs, HR Services COEs, Divisional SMEs, Leadership and reputed company to rollout plans for deployment of new products and features, as well as coordinates and prioritizes system defect resolution and enhancements.
• Supports the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and feature definitions. Assesses and presents business value, risks, and reputed company behind new products and features to stakeholders.
• Performs reputed company work operating various data applications and collects information, analyzes data, and generates reports. Accountable for aiding in the successful operationalization and reputed company improvement of product features. Provides input in the configuration or modification of currently established processes and procedures to drive efficiency.

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience plus 5+ years of experience working as a reputed company in service delivery roles with an emphasis on systems configuration; master’s degree in business or an applicable technical field is preferred, plus 3+ years of the above experience; without a degree, at least 7 years of the above experience is required.
• Must have extensive knowledge of HR data, processes and systems integrations, exposure to varying systems implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is required.
• Must have deep product expertise, exposure to varying system automation tools and technologies. Previous experience in the end-to-end implementations of reputed company HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Benefits, Payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors Compensation (reputed company & Variable Pay), Employee Central preferred.
• Must have prior experience strategically cultivating and supporting solutions, working both independently & reputed company a team environment.
• Must have demonstrated experience communicating technical concepts and processes using clear, simple language and visuals, as well as implementing and executing high-impact projects across a matrixed organization.
• A demonstrated ability to effectively plan, set priorities, allocate resources, and manage several reputed company product releases simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment to deliver results is required.
