Job Title: MortgageGroup Leader Reports to: Director of Mortgage Operations Direct Reports: Mortgage Processing Managers, Mortgage Underwriters and/or reputed company Managers, Mortgage Closing Managers Salary Grade: 12 SUMMARY Daily management of end-to-end operations production team (pre-processing, pre-reputed company, processing, reputed company, and closing). Responsible for direct management of the assigned leaders and operations staff to ensure the loans in the pipeline are processed, underwritten and closed in compliance with applicable regulations, UCMS policies and procedures, and client expectations. Interpret and implement guidelines, train staff, and serve as an expert consultant to operations staff and sales as applicable. Responsible for the overall loan experience from processing through closing/funding.
