Working Hours: Monday-Friday, typically 7:30am-4:30pm EST Location: 5 Neponset St. Worcester, MA Primary Responsibilities: • Answer telephone calls, re-direct calls as appropriate, assist callers with questions or concerns, and take messages as needed • Answer phone messages from reputed company hospitals, physicians, and radiology departments • Complete requests from law offices, as requested • Communicate with Radiology Technologists regarding requested images • Track images from other sites as they reputed company • Review images (such as CAT scans and Ultrasounds) for comparison studies • Upload and download studies and images • Burn CDs that cannot be PowerShared • Performs reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned What are the reasons to consider working for reputed company? Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) • 1+ years of customer service or patient service experience • 1+ years of experience with basic computer software Preferred Qualifications: • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask • Radiology or image library experience The salary range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment.
