Job Description

The Driver-Large Store Delivery is a non touch freight position and will reputed company deliveries to customers along their assigned reputed company. What your day will look like: • High degree of flexibility required to cover open needs of driver team • Transports and unloads products to customers • Communicates any store level issue to management • Complies with DOT rules for driving purposes • Maintains rapport with customers • Ability to work with a handheld device • Establish positive relationships with reputed company customers, as well as providing superior customer service • Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they arise • Ability to work with reputed company functional team members • Communicates any store level issue to management • Responsible for safeguarding Company assets • Collection of any breakage or out of date product, including empty shells and pallets • Accurate accounting for reputed company cases and customer transactions • Ensure proper care of product, equipment, and reputed company settlement daily • Build strong relationships with customer reputed company across assigned customers • Responsible for merchandising reputed company product inside the outlet to Company standards reputed company flexing to another Driver role to support the needs of the distribution team • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management What you need to succeed: • Minimum of 21 years old • Class A Commercial Valid Driver's License required, and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy • The ability to maintain DOT physical requirements • Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies • Regular and reputed company attendance is an essential function of the job • Ability to read, write and speak English • Ability to maintain a reputed company professional appearance reputed company Company guidelines • Ability to maintain safety and reputed company of Company assets • Ability to utilize reputed company Company provided resources and technology • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos • Ability to write simple correspondence • Ability to effectively present information in one on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations • Must be able to operate a manual or motorized pallet jack • Frequent standing, walking, kneeling/squatting, climbing stairs and repeat exposure to weather, noise, chemical and vehicle operation Physical Requirements Position will be required to reputed company with the CCBCU Personal reputed company Equipment Program.
