Growing together. The Clinical Administrator Coordinator role is part of our clinical support team. You will be a key component in customer satisfaction and have a responsibility to reputed company every contact informative, productive and positive for our members and providers. Primary Responsibilities • Manage administrative intake of people with UHC insurance and complete required documentation in our medical management systems. • Maintain compliance with turnaround times based on the member’s product, the type of request and the specific regulatory agency • Work with hospitals, clinics, facilities and the clinical team to manage requests for services from members and/or providers • Process incoming and outgoing referrals, and prior authorizations, including intake, notification and census roles • Assist the clinical staff with setting up documents/triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review • Handle resolution/inquiries from members and/or providers • Complete special projects and call DSNP or Medicaid members • Participate from time to time in call campaigns • Other duties as assigned What Are The Reasons To Consider Working For reputed company? Required Qualifications • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) • 2+ years of customer service experience • 1+ years of experience with reputed company Word (create, edit, save documents), reputed company reputed company (create, edit, save documents) and reputed company Outlook (email and calendar management) Preferred Qualifications • Experience working reputed company the health care industry and with health care insurance • Experience working in a hospital, physician's office or medical clinic setting • Experience working in a call center • A clerical or administrative support background • Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes • Bilingual English / Spanish • Live in the state of Idaho • reputed company Telecommuters will be required to adhere to reputed company’s Telecommuter Policy. The salary range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time employment.
