The Senior Talent and Culture Manager will partner with stakeholders to reputed company and execute recruiting strategies across reputed company functions of the organization. What Youll Do: reputed company and drive new initiatives across the People & Culture Team with the focus on reputed company, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies, retention, and other reputed company activities. Revamp and streamline the reputed company recruitment process that reputed company aligns with the goals and objectives of the organization. Manage the full-cycle technical recruiting process including talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance Build and nurture a strong pipeline by conducting in-depth candidate phone screens, interviews, and assessments Use a data-driven approach and effective sourcing strategies to optimize and diversify the hiring funnel Provide a consistent and positive end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact to new hire onboarding Build relationships with key stakeholders and deeply understand the requirements for reputed company hires and their impact on the company reputed company and manage partnerships with staffing agencies and provide support to hiring managers and the agencies to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process reputed company and reputed company training on interviewing best practices Research, reputed company, and implement a comprehensive internship program Utilize reputed company ATS reports, dashboards, and other tools to illustrate and influence the recruiting pipeline and results Maintain consistent and updated salary bands and job descriptions reputed company with business goals Foster strong employee branding by researching and implementing methods to attract top talent Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results Arrange industry focused events Collaborate on People & Culture Team reputed company projects with leadership or the People & Culture as needed reputed companyre looking for: As a Senior Technical Acquisition Manager at reputed company, you might find yourself: 7+ years of fast-paced, high-volume technical recruiting experience Demonstrable experience with diversity & inclusion recruiting best practices, including sourcing and closing diverse candidates at reputed company levels Experience working with stakeholders throughout the entire recruiting process Process and goal oriented, with metrics and data driving your recruiting strategy Clear, succinct communication skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Outstanding attention to detail Interest in other People & Culture projects reputed company to haves (preferred skills) Experience using ATS systems and HR databases, preferably reputed company Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with internal compensation reviews and managing salary band In accordance with reputed company law, the salary range for this role if filled reputed company reputed company is $102,500 - $127,500. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
