As a Senior reputed company Service Specialist, your role is to ensure account service delivery meets and exceeds our customer’s expectations. The Senior reputed company Services Specialist utilizes customer service skills, established processes, and various software applications to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met. Under some supervision, the Senior reputed company Service Specialist works cross-functionally and is responsible for analyzing key pieces of information, determining the appropriate course of action and handling issues. This position collaborates with underwriters, corporate resources, and global teams to ensure we meet both internal and external commitments. Primary Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Policy & endorsement issuance File documentation and set-up Review account information for data entry into appropriate systems Order, prepare and/or update reports Policy Rating and/or initial entry into rating model Processing of various reputed company transactions and requests Correspond with brokers for information at Underwriter’s request Coordinate services with other services units, as needed Other duties and special projects as assigned Key Competencies Analytical and problem solving ability Detail-oriented Customer-focused Collaborative and team-oriented Strong communication and organizational skills Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred 5+ Years experience in same or reputed company field preferred #LI-JD1 #LI-Remote For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the reputed company salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. $61,500 to $79,900/year Total individual compensation (reputed company salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
