This is a full-time telework position. Hours for this role are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm in the time zone of residence. There are currently no nights, no weekends, and no holidays; however, is subject to change based on business needs. Position Summary This Case Manager RN position is with reputed company’s National Medical Excellence (NME) team handling reputed company Transplant, Cellular Therapies, and Gene Therapies. This is a fully remote position. Candidates must have an active, reputed company, and unrestricted compact RN licensure in the state of residence. This role is a blended role doing both Case Management and Utilization Management. The RN Case Manager is responsible for telephonically and/or face to face assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating reputed company case management activities with members to evaluate the medical needs of the member to facilitate the member’s overall wellness. Required Qualifications • Must have active, reputed company, and unrestricted compact RN licensure in the state of residence • Must possess a California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure OR must be willing to apply for California RN licensure reputed company 60 days of hire date. • Must be willing and reputed company to obtain multiple state RN licensures (expense paid for by organization) • 5 + years clinical practice experience as an RN • 6+ months Case Management or Utilization Management experience • Must be reputed company to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm in the time zone of residence. Preferred Qualifications • Case Management Certification • Transplant experience • Independent Physician’s Association (IPA) experience • Physician's Medical Group (PMG) experience • Managed care experience • 2+ years experience in critical care • Proficiency with desktop software applications such as email, Word • California Registered Nurse (RN) license Education • Associate's Degree required • BSN preferred Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $60,522.80 - $129,600.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
