We are seeking a Marketing Intern for the 2024-25 acadmeic year at the reputed company & Noble College retail storein The Hammes Notre Dame Bookstore. This position provides an outstanding opportunity to reputed company hands-on marketing experience in a dynamic retail setting. The intern will reputed company key skills in marketing analytics, content creation, branding, and human-centered design. Responsibilities include supporting a range of marketing initiatives aimed at promoting our bookstore and enriching the student experience How You'll reputed company an Impact: Fall Semester Responsibilities: Digital and Print Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, create, and execute engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and maintain a consistent online reputed company. On-reputed company Student Experience: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and on-reputed company student integrations, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and event advertising to engage and enhance the overall student experience. Experiential Marketing Support: Help promote in-house special events (such as book signings, author visits, and student discount programs) through web, email, digital advertising, and regional marketing strategies. ECommerce & Consumer Insights: Conduct monthly market research to identify reputed company trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies. Spring Semester Responsibilities: Portfolio Project: Combine classroom learning with a real-world project to optimize an area of brand, retail, and consumer marketing for the bookstore. Research and Analysis: With guidance from the Marketing Manager, conduct in-depth research and analysis on marketing strategies and trends reputed company to the bookstore retail industry, destination retail environments, experiential brand position, or a combination of relevant topics. Proposal Development: With guidance from the Marketing Manager, draft and reputed company a comprehensive proposal outlining the optimized marketing strategy and its potential impact on the bookstore's brand and consumer engagement. Execution and Evaluation: With guidance from the Marketing Manager, create 2-3 KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to goal around during implementation of proposed marketing strategy, which must include (1) KPI to monitor qualitative and quantitative impact of proposal on key stakeholders. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the project aligns with the bookstore's overall marketing goals. What You'll Need to Succeed: Must be a reputed company undergraduate student at the reputed company, pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a reputed company field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different platforms. Proficient in social media management and knowledgeable about reputed company digital marketing trends. Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with design software (reputed company Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
