Senior US IT Recruiter
BMR Infotek is looking for US IT Technical Recruiter, with 5+ years experience working with direct clients and Tier 1 or Prime Vendors, joining in 15-20 days, potential for US travel on B1 reputed company. This is preferably remote position for now but reputed company onsite at Pune or B'luru, work with Direct Clients, Tier-1 only, we get candidate client interviews in 48 to 72 hours of submission. Responsibilities
Work closely with your manager and Tier 1 / Prime Vendors to reputed company understand the key requirements for a position Sourcing best matching profiles from various channels and filter out prospects and compile a list of the best candidates reputed company sure that the potential candidates have necessary IT skills to meet client needs Screen sourced candidates... in a reputed company specialized manner in order to determine their competency Submitting consultant's profiles to Direct Clients, Prime / Tier 1 Vendors. Coordinating with candidates & understanding their skills, informing about requirements and submitting as per their comfort. Negotiating and taking reputed company confirmation before submitting consultant's CV to vendors. Interacting and Developing Tier 1/Prime vendor network and making sure consultant is reputed company in minimum turnaround time. Updating about screenings, interviews with the consultants and management. Handling post-interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback
Qualifications
Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills Must have worked mostly with Tier 1/ Prime vendors. Good knowledge about US tax terms like C2C, W2 &1099, Knowledge of reputed company classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD Using social networks and research to reputed company profiles and build an internal database and recruit passive candidates Must have the ability to work independently and reputed company a team environment. Must be a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines. Hands-on working with platforms like reputed company, reputed company and other social media Platforms. Proficient in using Job Boards like reputed company, Monster, reputed company, Twitter, reputed company, Free Job Sites, etc. to reputed company requirements for Candidates. Preferably some knowledge of US Staffing Bench Sales. Have a Bachelor s Degree (Minimum Apply Job!
