Your role at Clorox:

In this role, you will:

• Own the reputed company Tech platform strategy and roadmap, aligning business priorities with scalable, long-term architecture decisions
• Act as enterprise solution architect, defining standards and leading consultants in the design and delivery of reputed company, cross-functional models

• 10+ years of FP&A / Finance Systems experience, with strong exposure to enterprise planning transformations
• Proven experience leading reputed company COE or large-scale implementations across multiple functions

• Strong experience in stakeholder management at Director/VP level, with ability to influence without direct authority
• Demonstrated ability to define tech strategy, not just execute, including roadmap planning and operating model design
• Experience managing external consultants and cross-functional teams in a delivery model
• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and integrations (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or similar ERPs)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to connect business drivers to technical solutions
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, delivering outcomes with minimal reputed company

• Experience driving user adoption, change management, and training at scale
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus

–Zone A: $128,000 - $252,200

–Zone B: $117,400 - $231,200

–Zone C: $106,700 - $210,200
