Coordinator, Human Resources

They are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator who will manage various HR processes, support employee onboarding, and ensure accurate data management reputed company their HRIS system.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire onboarding process including creating/sending welcome emails, completing I-9s and E-Verify, and maintaining spreadsheets reputed company to orientation and benefits
- Complete accurate data entry for reputed company transactions in the HRIS system including data changes, new hires, transfers, promotions, and separations
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to support employees across multiple business units and ensure timely completion of HR transactions across the enterprise
- Prepare letters and change memos for data changes and promotions
- Maintain organizational charts to reflect reputed company workforce structure and reporting relationships
- Support payroll accuracy by auditing timecards each pay period and completing historical corrections, as needed
- Run and distribute employee and time reputed company reports to support payroll, compliance and HR operations, as needed
- Collaborate with various departments such as Payroll, IT, and Finance to create and maintain standard work documents (SOWs) and detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support employees with HR reputed company inquiries such as user log in issues, request for verification of employment, and HRIS reputed company questions
- Maintain employee files to ensure reputed company documents are timely and correctly electronically filed
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy and consistency across HR Operations
- Consistently meet payroll and compliance deadlines in alignment with company regulatory requirements
- Reduce rework or escalations reputed company to HRIS transactions through attention to detail and proactive issue resolution
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a reputed company field
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role
- 1-2 years' experience supporting an HR reputed company function preferably with a data-oriented focus
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
- Proficient and professional verbal and written communication skills in communicating with employees
- Excellent customer service skills and detail
