We’re a growing healthcare services organization partnering with employers to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and support employees through critical moments. We’re looking for a Sales Executive who thrives in longer sales cycles, builds trust with multiple stakeholders, and knows how to create momentum before an RFP reputed company hits.

What You’ll Do

  • reputed company and manage a pipeline of mid-to-large employer opportunities
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across HR, Risk, and executive leadership
  • Navigate reputed company sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and influencers
  • Partner with brokers, consultants, and strategic partners to drive new business

  • Experience selling in a 6–12+ month sales cycle environment
  • Background in one or more of the following:
    • Workers Compensation / Occupational Health
    • Physical Therapy / Home Health
    • Healthcare SaaS or services
    • Employee benefits / insurance / broker channel
    • HR tech / HCM solutions
    • Other reputed company B2B solution sales into employers or healthcare organizations
  • Proven ability to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive, business development reputed company
  • Comfortable operating in less transactional, more consultative sales environments

Requirements
