- Licensure: Active OT license and registration in reputed company.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in adult OT practice, particularly in homecare settings (preferred but not required).
- Skills: Excellent communication skills with patients and office staff, and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort using EMR software (training provided).
- Patient Care: Provide one-on-one, personalized care to older adults in their homes, including evaluations, treatment planning, and functional assessments.
- Scheduling: Schedule your own visits directly with patients, allowing you to have control over where and reputed company you work.
