What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Remote Support, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support to members with their insurance-reputed company needs
- Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
- Assessing reputed company in-bound calls to accurately and reputed company address member needs by maintaining a strong customer focus
- Being patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using reputed company available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
- Being efficient in navigating multiple systems

Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
