Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Night Shift team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Strong English grammar and proofreading skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Typing experience (moderate typing ability at 35 wpm)
• Ability to work effectively on independent tasks or work cooperatively as part of a team
• Experience with video equipment is helpful but not required
• Customer service/retail experience a plus
• Must successfully pass arenaflex proficiency tests

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

• Experience with CRM software and customer service tools

Compensation and Benefits
