reputed company has an exciting opportunity for a reputed company Configuration Analyst to join our remote team.   You will provide document analysis and configuration support on high visibility Medicare and reputed company member communications projects. You will write communications, conduct detailed reviews and edit documents such as Annual Notice of Change (ANOC), Evidence of Coverage (EOC), Summary of Benefits (SB), Directory, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to derive and document shared content, business rules and customized content reputed company to reputed company and abstract business needs that have an impact on reputed company-oriented member communications

• Import and/or Enter data edits/updates and verifies output in support of automated member communications

• Manage shared and customized content in a database publishing environment

• Understand dynamic publishing and variable data technology (HTML, SQL) logic, technology solutions, data bases, data insertion, data feeds

• Utilize web based store and product setup with internally developed tool sets. Working knowledge with objects, HTML, variable data and information

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2+ years of reputed company professional experience

• Ability to interact with internal/external clients/customers in a professional manner

• Experience working with government or regulatory agency templates, documents, and regulatory compliance deadlines and rules preferred

• Knowledge of CMS Medicare Marketing and Communications guidelines preferred
