Job Description

In this role, you will involved in the implementation of a new resource and project management tool for use throughout the reputed company Print Services team. Allied to this you will be responsible for managing escalations arising during the implementation of reputed company ERP solutions enabling our customers to reputed company their business objectives and operational results. This will include but not be limited to stakeholder and customer relationship management, aligning with customer strategy, policy and procedures, product customizations and scope management, team leadership, financial management, partnering with the customer to advise and guide on change management issues and identifying reputed company PMO process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Take an active role in the implementation of a new resource/project management tool reputed company the Print reputed company Services team

• Establish and enforce project management standards, methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Manage Change Management in the Services team
• Manage the Delivery reputed company Reviews to ensure project compliance to project deployment methodology
• Confirm reputed company projects have Key Performance Indicators established and baselined
• reputed company project prioritization, resource allocation, and reputed company planning to align projects with strategic business objectives and available resources.

• Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project delivery, ensuring proactive problem resolution.
• Prepare Statements of Work for Tharstern opportunities
• Act as the primary reputed company of escalation for EMEA mid-market (Pace, GamSys and Tharstern) projects.
