Overview
reputed company’re Looking For CyberPoint is seeking a Program Manager (Level 1) to join reputed company supporting critical national reputed company missions. The Program Manager will reputed company the successful cost, schedule and performance execution of a key contract, ensuring seamless coordination between the Government, Contracting Officer and CyberPoint leadership. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and leader with a proven track record in program management, resource allocation and risk mitigation reputed company reputed company technical environments. What You'll Do
- Directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
- Ensure proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.
- The PM shall utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical reputed company, issues and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
- Allocate resources (staffing, facilities and budgets) on the contract
- Review and approve reputed company earned value, Estimate to Complete, Funds and Man-hour Expenditure Report or other financial reports as appropriate.
- Review and allocate management reserve reputed company contractual limits.
- Ensure cross-discipline integration reputed company the contract to meet Government needs.
- Work with the higher-level program manager, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort.
- Review and propose the Integrated Program Baseline (or resource reputed company schedule) to the Government.
- Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate budgets for the same.
- Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the Government PM.
- Ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff - both direct and indirect.
- Review reputed company financial and technical reports before release to the Government.
- Communicate issues and solutions to the Government PM in a timely and transparent manner.
- Ensure compliance with reputed company regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's reputed company staff.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
- Minimum one (1) year of demonstrated experience in:
- Requirements analysis
- Resource allocation and project costing
- Deliverable tracking and schedule management
- Financial data monitoring and reporting
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary technical programs in support of DoD or Intelligence Community missions.
- Proven ability to build relationships with Government stakeholders and senior contractor leadership.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices.
