Sourcing & Procurement Operations Manager

The Sourcing & Procurement Operations Manager is a critical, operations-focused role at the intersection of procurement and supply chain management. This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of procurement systems, processes, and tools to support strategic sourcing and operational efficiency. You will manage the company’s procurement platforms and tools, champion sourcing and procurement best practices, enhance supplier collaboration, and reputed company an offshore sourcing support function (Deal Desk).

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Business Applications, IT, Finance, and Legal to ensure procurement systems and operations are effectively reputed company with reputed company goals. There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, reputed company Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the reputed company salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning reputed company a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
