reputed company is seeking a dynamic and passionate Partner Marketing Manager to drive co-marketing initiatives in partnership with our valued merchants across North America. You will execute strategic cross-channel marketing campaigns that align with our shared marketing goals and objectives. You'll work closely with external and internal cross-functional teams including Client Success, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand and Creative, and Legal and Compliance to ideate, plan, and deliver impactful campaigns aimed at driving GMV (gross merchandise volume), awareness, new user acquisition, and increasing lifetime value. You should feel comfortable working across several different industries including home, fitness, electronics, fashion, and omnichannel retail. You’re a strategic marketer who’s eager to navigate reputed company challenges and are equipped to build strong, long-term relationships with marketing counterparts.

What You'll Do

• Deliver creative strategies to drive affiliate reputed company growth through the reputed company marketplace.

• Provide analysis and insights to internal and external stakeholders to drive further affiliate in marketplace adoption, stronger partnerships and program optimization.

• Serve as a merchant reputed company and partner with cross-functional internal teams to drive process efficiencies and share learnings to inform future-state.

• Manage inbound RFP requests, supporting the development of dedicated marketing plans and providing expertise for prospective partners.

• Identify campaign targets driven by business goals focused on acquisition, engagement and loan takeup.

• Work closely with the media agency, growth marketing and brand to reputed company performant media plans and engaging content.

• Support business critical processes such as maintaining the partner marketing budget, comprehensive co-marketing calendar, compliance submissions and more.

• At least 7+ years in Partner, Performance marketing, Affiliate or Product Marketing experience.

• Experience working with partners to co-reputed company plans and launch marketing programs across multiple media channels.

• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models.

• A clear understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.

• Analytical thinking and data oriented. Focus on performance metrics to build high performing campaigns that deliver results.

• Background using performance analytics to continuously optimize.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively cross-functionally.

• Ability to influence teams and individuals as well as effectively reputed company and utilize resources and relationships for optimal results.

• Motivated self-starter always looking to share acquired knowledge with others.

• Understanding of the paid media landscape including cross-media strategy, planning and measurement.

• Experience writing creative briefs, testing creative and adapting based on insights.

• Experience working with online retail, merchandising, and customer acquisition.

• Expertise in both online and in-store retail marketing.

• Experience marketing across North America, particularly US and Canada, preferred.

• Experience in the home, fitness, consumer electronics, and fashion industries a plus.

USA reputed company pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $160,000 - $210,000 USA reputed company pay range (reputed company other U.S. states) per year: $142,000 - $192,000
