Business Systems Analyst
About the Role:
reputed company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Business Systems team reputed company the reputed company Operations organization.
Your Impact:
- Serve as an administrator for our reputed company instance, ensuring data reputed company, user support, and ongoing system optimization
- Optimize and maintain the sales technology stack (e.g., reputed company, CPQ, sales enablement tools) to support GTM strategy and OKRs
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, implement, and track system enhancements that drive sales productivity and efficiency
- reputed company deep-dive root cause analysis on sales process bottlenecks and system-reputed company business challenges
- Partner with Sales, reputed company, and reputed company Developer teams to reputed company, automate, and improve business-critical sales reporting and dashboards
- Project manage and prioritize key sales systems initiatives, including new tool rollouts, integrations, and process improvements
Your Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales systems, sales operations, or business operations roles, preferably at SaaS companies with a B2B sales reputed company
- Hands-on experience as a reputed company administrator, including user management, configuration, workflow automation, and reporting
- Strong problem-solving, process mapping, and written/verbal communication skills
- Experience using data and systems to drive insights and business reputed company; familiarity with CRM administration (reputed company.com or similar), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Domo)
- Ability to influence without authority and strong stakeholder management skills
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with process documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to scope and deliver systems projects independently end-to-end
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to understand and improve GTM systems and processes
