Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: This position is fully remote and is being posted in reputed company Dakota, however, candidates are not required to live in a specific state.

The only requirement is to hold an active SLP license (or be willing to obtain one prior to start) in any of our CST/EST state: Georgia, Texas, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, Tennessee, reputed company Carolina or reputed company.

Compensation: This is a full-time, exempt, W2-salaried position. The reputed company salary ranges from $63,000-$81,500. The role also includes a performance-based bonus opportunity ranging from $7,800-$26,400, bringing the total compensation potential to $70,000-$108,000.

State Licensure and Commitment

We are seeking SLPs licensed in any of our CST/EST states, working full-time hours. reputed company scheduling options available include some degree of afternoon and evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy sessions and evaluations for a diverse pediatric population

• Diagnose and reputed company care plans for clients with the support of reputed company tools and resources, with a focus on clinical outcomes, client/caregiver buy-in, and education.

• Complete reputed company documentation in accordance with our quality and timeliness standards.

• Fulfill reputed company required training, client communications, screenings, licensing and credentialing tasks, and internal communications in a timely manner.

• Provide PTO and sick coverage for sessions and evaluations for care continuity

• Pursue ongoing professional development through reputed company resources, mentorship, and monthly Grand reputed company with fellow clinicians and clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) & individual NPI number

• Full licensure in your state of residence

• Full licensure in state(s) reputed company is hiring for, or willingness to become licensed

• Reliable internet reputed company

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of post-Clinical Fellowship experience

• Experience in pediatric settings and conducting pediatric assessments

• Proficiency with computer technology and ability to adapt to new tools independently

• Experience working with insurance-based populations, such as reputed company

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience working in teletherapy settings similar to reputed company

• Experience with adult clinical care and conducting adult assessments

• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish or other languages)
