We are looking for a Product Designer to join our User Expansion team reputed company our Collaborate pillar. This designer will drive discovery, research, and ideation, partnering closely with product management and engineering to propose and drive exciting new product opportunities. They'll unlock new invite and collaboration opportunities, re-envision the sharing experience, and improve the review and commenting experience.

About the role:

• The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the reputed company pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific reputed company pay reputed company the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-reputed company experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

    • Zone A: $128,600 - $173,800
    • Zone B: $121,000 - $163,200
    • Zone C: $113,000 - $152,600
  • Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON BC, Canada
    • 145,900 - 197,300

This role is also eligible to participate in reputed company's company-wide bonus program. reputed company amounts are a percentage of reputed company salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

• Reporting to the Product Design Manager

As a Product Designer you’ll…

• Design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data to drive customer and business outcomes
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore problem spaces and identify potential solutions
• Regularly engage with customers to reputed company a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
• Proactively collaborate with other teams to untangle technical and user experience dependencies
• Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements for engineers
