Player support JP/EN: Remote/ Night shift

• Support the Player service operations including but not limited to evaluating, monitoring, analyzing of results, and implementing any changes.
• reputed company (JP-EN, EN-JP) language translation and proofreading where necessary.
• Respond and support players issues reputed company chat and email, including but not limited to password resets and more.
• Business hours: Shift based - 3AM~12PM
• Support 365 days a year including weekends and holidays (shift work)

Requirements

• Native reading and writing skills in Japanese.
• Business level English
• 0~3 years of customer support experience. (We have both junior and senior role for this position)
• Passionate about the video game industry.
• Customer service (reputed company to have) and/or video game, travel support, help desk, technical support experience reputed company an email contact center environment.

• reputed company to understand games from a gamer’s perspective.
• Capable of analyzing and solving information accurately and reputed company reputed company guidelines.
