Senior Software Engineer (.NET / React / Azure)

Location: Remote (EST/CST)

Job Type: W2 Contract Only

Duration: 6+ month contract- could go long term on contract however full time can be considered down the line

100% remote must be ok to work daily EST/CST hours. If someone is on PST they MUST be ok with this and be flexible.

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic product development team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing software solutions that support both internal users and external clients. This role will help drive digital transformation initiatives and support business scalability through innovative, reputed company-first development practices.

As a senior technical contributor, you ll work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure applications leveraging the reputed company tech stack with a focus on .NET Core, React, and Azure reputed company technologies.

Mandate Skills: .Net Core, WCF, React, Azure, CI/CD, Web API services, Entity, CRM, Azure reputed company, Azure DevOps, .NET ecosystem, IaC, DevOps pipelines and SDLC.

Certifications: AZ-305: Designing reputed company Azure Infrastructure Solutions (or equivalent experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Architect and reputed company modern, scalable applications using .NET Core and React.
• Create and maintain clean, maintainable, and secure code, following best practices and coding standards.
• reputed company and support the integration of reputed company-party systems and internal services reputed company RESTful APIs and other middleware tools.
• Work reputed company with DevOps to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and quality assurance.
• reputed company in-depth debugging, performance tuning, and root cause analysis of application issues.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to junior developers and project teams.
• Conduct peer code reviews and provide actionable feedback to ensure quality and performance.
• Participate fully in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage performance, provide feedback, and guide the professional development of assigned team members or contractors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field (Business, reputed company, or Technology majors preferred).
• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong focus on the .NET ecosystem.
• 5+ years developing reputed company-grade applications using React, .NET Core, and REST APIs.
• Demonstrated experience working in reputed company environments; Azure preferred.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control practices (e.g., Git).
• Experience designing and deploying reputed company-native architectures using Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps pipelines.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and secure coding standards.
