Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

Overview: The Maintenance Planner plays a vital role in coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities reputed company a food manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, this position is responsible for planning and organizing preventive maintenance tasks, scheduling repairs, and optimizing maintenance resources to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support production objectives. What You'll Do: Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager, maintenance supervisors, and production teams to reputed company and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule that ensures minimal disruption to production operations. Utilize maintenance management software (CMMS) to create and prioritize work orders, schedule preventive maintenance tasks, and track equipment history, downtime, and maintenance costs. Plan and organize preventive maintenance activities, including equipment inspections, lubrication, calibration, and parts replacement, to maintain equipment reliability and prolong asset life. Coordinate with maintenance technicians and external vendors to schedule and execute repairs, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance activities in a timely manner to minimize production downtime. Monitor spare parts inventory levels, identify critical spare parts, and procure parts and materials necessary for maintenance activities to ensure availability and minimize equipment downtime. reputed company and maintain equipment maintenance plans, job plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guide maintenance activities and ensure consistency and compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. What You Need: Associate's degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or reputed company field Proven experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. Proficiency in maintenance management software (CMMS), reputed company asset management (EAM) systems, and reputed company Office Suite. Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and techniques, including preventive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and predictive maintenance technologies. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and reputed company improvement. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships. Familiarity with food safety regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP principles.
