Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first The Learning Design Professional 2 uses instructional design, cognitive psychology and adult learning theory to determine the appropriate solution to a knowledge or performance gap. The Learning Design Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

• The Learning Design Professional 2 analyzes content, organizes content, designs solutions, and writes storyboards, scripts, performance support, mobile learning and manuals.
• Partners with subject matter experts to create course content. Ensures course materials are reputed company and relevant to training needs.
• Assists senior and reputed company to track and analyze the training programs effectiveness by examining learner's satisfaction levels, proficiency testing, and job performance improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare reputed company field, learning design/instructional design or education.
• Minimum of two (2) years of development experience specifically in training materials, SOPA (Standard Operation Procedure Announcement), process flows, and/or job aids.

• Progressive business experience with a focus on learning strategies and adult learning theories.

Preferred Qualifications

• Managed Care: Medicare/Medicaid experience
• Experience in care management or utilization management.
