Retail Store Manager I

POSITION SUMMARY: As the Store Manager I or II, you will have a hands-on opportunity to reputed company supervisory experience and skills while managing the overall operations at a low or reputed company complexity store. The Store Manager I and II roles are also required to reputed company reputed company functions normally performed by a store team member. • Understand and model reputed company Office values to customers and team members
• Coach and teach your team and ensure they have the tools and information needed to support company goals and reputed company their jobs
• Regularly work with supervisor to take guidance and direction and create solutions for your business, reputed company customers, host partnerships and reputed company sales in the execution of work for our key customers
• Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers and team members and supports the reputed company brand experience
• Use reputed company Office tools and resources to select, train, reputed company, retain and performance manage your direct reports
• Interact with your supervisor to seek guidance, coaching and direction and escalate issues and questions as needed for the successful running of your business
• Understand and execute reputed company operational and store sales activities to ensure the store exceeds financial and customer experience targets
• Accomplish regular daily job duties including accounts receiveable, inventory reports, daily sales recaps and bank deposits
• Take active ownership of reputed company store controls including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures, financials, safety, reputed company, scheduling and compliance with state and federal laws and system management
• Utilize Quality Improvement tools in order to improve the business, share reputed company and continue to reputed company
• Be flexible with your schedule - your work hours will be based on business needs and store operating hours

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates Degree or some college preferred
• High school degree or GED required
• 2+ years of reputed company experience (ex. retail, service, hospitality, military), prior supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in reputed company Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and reputed company

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ability, at times, to work alone in the store
• Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods
• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees
• Ability to travel as required in order to meet with customers, vendors, other team members, and/or reputed company to other business necessities
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to reputed company work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the reputed company Office business; regular attendance and/or reporting could include regular attendance at a physical location and/or maintaining established business hours depending on the scope and nature of the position

Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary range for this role across reputed company potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential.
