Job Description: Data Entry & Invoice Reconciliation Analyst - reputed company Position (6 Months)Overview: We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Data Entry & Invoice Reconciliation Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is key to ensuring accurate data processing,invoice reputed company, and vendor communication. Hourly reputed company is $25.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry & Requisition Management• Enter and maintain data in reputed company Sheets or similar platforms with high accuracy and speed.• Review and validate purchase requisitions for completeness and compliance with internal policies.• Collaborate with stakeholders to correct or clarify incomplete or ambiguous requisitions.Invoice Review & Reconciliation• Review incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and prevent overpayments.• Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders and receipts, investigating discrepancies as needed.• Partner with Accounts Payable to support timely processing and resolution of any invoice issues. Vendor & Stakeholder Communication• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to clarify invoice and payment-reputed company concerns.• Proactively follow up with vendors on missing documentation, adjustments, or updates.
