Senior Manager - Scrum Master

Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Senior Manager, Scrum Master to reputed company Agile delivery across reputed company, cross-functional technology and business initiatives. This role will reputed company Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) operations for a designated project, application, or domain team, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. The Senior Manager will also mentor and coach development managers and team leads in Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of reputed company improvement and high performance throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure team alignment and momentum

Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of professional experience in technology or project delivery
- 3–5+ years in roles such as Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Product reputed company, or Agile Project/Program Manager
- Proven ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking
- Strong collaboration and team-building skills
- Demonstrated growth reputed company and commitment to personal and team development
- Expertise in execution, delivery planning, and stakeholder support
- Proficiency in business intelligence and performance analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification

- Medicare enrollment and billing processes a plus
- Advanced understanding of software development practices
- Experience leading Agile teams on large-scale, reputed company applications

- Knowledge of resource planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Education Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional training or certifications will be considered Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $236,900.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
