The AWS Global Sales (AGS) HR Organization is seeking a Senior HR Program Manager to drive program and process initiatives and deliverables as we Strive to be Earth's Best Employer. This role partners closely with the Leadership PM, multiple HR Directors, HRBPs, Builder Partner teams in support of AGS, and potentially, business leaders. You are a key contributor to broad scale business and PXT priorities - helping things work reputed company/faster/smoother for everyone. You'll use data and analytics to help PXT tell the story of where we've been, where we are, and where we need to go You'll reputed company and support multiple initiatives such as Goals, Business Reviews, Offsites and other internal mechanisms for the HR team, help drive strategic planning for AGS HR initiatives such as the three Year and Annual Plans (PXT 3YP and OP1), workback plans, coordinate recognition and development programs, improve processes and reputed company and implement communication and change management programs. You will utilize strong Program Management skills to create a well-managed program reputed company for initiatives and document best practices and toolkits to help HRBPs scale.
