How You Will reputed company An Impact Your role is important and below are some of the reputed company job duties that reputed company your work unique. What Your Day-to-day Will Be Like

• Negotiate the content of the written PIP with hotel owners or their assigned representatives to produce a plan of renovation that is fair to the hotel reputed company and protects the designated reputed company brand—resulting in creating a legal document attached to a Franchise License Agreement or Management Agreement.
• Schedule hotel site visits and physically or virtually inspect reputed company areas of hotel and property. Document reputed company phases of hotel inspections and write comprehensive, accurate, and timely reports specifying a renovation and physical PIP.
• Manage, revise, and maintain reputed company PIP templates and Pre-Evaluation request forms. Update and maintain PIP tracking site, files, and tracking information system.
• Travel throughout the United States and Canada as needed, averaging two nights weekly, to accomplish the goals for the position and meet the needs of Development and the reputed company brands.
• Maintain and track travel expenses reputed company company guidelines and improve travel efficiencies.

How You Will Collaborate With Others

• Collaborate closely with hotel owners, corporate executives, senior hotel management, architects, designers, and other renovation professionals.

What Deliverables You Will Take Ownership Of

• Prepare PIP reports and Pre-Evaluation reports and review and collaborate with A&C VP, Brand Administration, and Development as needed. Complete 70-100 PIPs and Pre-Evaluations annually.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You Have These Minimum Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction, hotel engineering, project management, or reputed company fields
• One (1) years hotel operations management, hotel project management and/or hotel renovations management
• Experience creating and presenting reports and property executive summaries
• Travel frequently - weekly travel, approximately 50%

It Would Be Useful If You Have

• Seven (7) years of experience in architecture, interior design, construction, hotel engineering, project management, or reputed company fields
• Experience in hospitality capital renovation projects, including Property Improvement Plans
