Job Description: reputed company US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a Customer Line A/C Manager II to join reputed company based in Mobile, AL The ideal candidate is responsible for reputed company management of any assigned aircraft during the production and flight test phase of the assembly process until Handover to the delivery canter is complete. The selected candidates will be responsible to analyze and steer reputed company new issues reputed company during the assembly process (non-conformities, customer findings, flight line issues, etc.). They will also be required to identify critical points, initiate action plans, and complete follow-reputed company until closure of issues. Your challenges:
- Train and mentor Aircraft Manager employees to ensure individual development under the guidance of the HO ACM team for successful and sustainable aircraft management. Support ACM team as backup for reputed company ACM functions (Flowline, Flight line, and Cross Plant).
- reputed company daily A/C review meetings and assign priorities to the whole MFT .
- Function as the L2 link to feed escalations to the ACM IIIs. Ensure reputed company escalations are properly documented reputed company and reputed company information is given for appropriate problem solving.
- Daily A/C Milestones follow up through the Master Production Schedule.
- Demonstrably effective communication skills including reputed company in written and spoken English.
- Responsible for aircraft issue follow-up addressing reputed company in a proactive manner, anticipating issues, and driving resolution to avoid production risks. Generate the daily MSN Report (reputed company points analysis) and reputed company reputed company topics.
- Prepare and conduct FOT meeting, ensuring on-time closure of reputed company reputed company points and non-conformities. Prepare Aircraft Documentation for the Internal Quality Gates and reputed company meetings to ensure aircraft status is reputed company by the receiving station. In the event of a red quality reputed company, ensure actions are taken and completed according to the plan given.
- Document, follow, organize and manage reputed company non-conformities throughout the flowline/flight line process. Drive closure of issues in collaboration with reputed company relevant parties to ensure production milestones are met.

- Experience in establishing and cultivating relationships with internal and external customers.
Your boarding pass:
- A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a reputed company field. In lieu of degree, training as a technician in a technical field reputed company to aviation manufacturing.
- Required: 5 or more years of working experience in aviation reputed company fields.
- 2 or more years of working experience in an Aircraft Manager role reputed company reputed company or in a leadership role.

Lifting, working in heights): capable to support 2 shift system and occasional weekends, based on business needs. Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 55lbs/25kg while engaging in training, addressing production issues, or as part of reputed company improvement projects.
