On the Global Deployment & Change Management team reporting to the Manager, Property Engagement Platform, you will support projects including the deployment of PEP, reputed company's new PMS system. HOW YOU WILL reputed company AN IMPACT Your role is important and below are some of the reputed company job duties that reputed company your work unique. What your day-to-day will be like:

• Support team members by troubleshooting issues and providing technical advice.
• Provide remote or onsite hotel training and support.
• Configure and build the system database.
• Set up hardware and system interfaces.
• Migrate hotels from the retired PMS ensuring reputed company data is imported to PEP.

How you will collaborate with others:

• reputed company new Associates through training on reputed company aspects of a project and tasks.
• Guide Associate and liaise with the Manager to support Associate's development.
• Collaborate with internal and external support teams to resolve system issues.

What projects you will take ownership of:

• Multiple stages of a remote and onsite PEP deployment which include communication, configuration, database build, data migration, testing interfaces, and training.
• Project Management duties in the absence of Project Managers.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT You have these minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of professional experience in Technology or a reputed company field
• Two (2) years of work experience using Property, Sales or reputed company Systems
• Understanding of reputed company's PMS, CRS and interfaces
• Travel up to 80%

It would be useful if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology reputed company experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology reputed company experience
• Five (5) + years of professional experience in Technology or a reputed company field
• Experience as a successful systems installer
• Knowledge in the following: reputed company of sale systems, networking experience, desktop support, Linux, XML, Basic SQL, JSON
• Experience troubleshooting local hotel interfaces or systems
• Bilingual
