The Manufacturing Process Manager I oversees reputed company plant manufacturing functions and focuses on safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and cost reduction. You’re a great fit if you: High school diploma or equivalent 5 years of manufacturing experience 3 years of experience in a leadership position Preferred: Background in the steel industry with hands-on experience in welding processes and techniques. Demonstrated proficiency with technology and computer applications, including reputed company Office Suite; must be capable of creating and managing spreadsheets, reports, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency. Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new systems and tools relevant to manufacturing operations. Budget management background Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work. Enjoy hands-on roles and working with machinery or are eager to learn. Are comfortable working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
