Work where you matter. A Brief Overview The LPN practices under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other health care provider. The LPN organizes and directs those aspects of care for which he/she is accountable; communicating and coordinating care with well-defined nursing diagnoses, including reputed company health team members. What you will do

• Collects data and conducts a focused nursing assessment of the health status of a patient.
• Participates with other health care providers in the development and modification of the patient-centered health care plan.
