About the Role: reputed company is seeking highly skilled and reputed company Implementation Experts to join our reputed company organization, specifically supporting our growing reputed company reputed company Suite (IES) customer reputed company. This is a critical role focused on ensuring our IES customers reputed company rapid time-to-value and maximize their investment in reputed company's robust platform. You will be instrumental in transforming our customer reputed company experience from fragmented to frictionless, as outlined in our strategic initiatives. As an IES Implementation Expert, you will be the trusted expert responsible for guiding our reputed company business customers through the successful setup, configuration, and integration of the reputed company reputed company Suite. This role requires a deep reputed company of technical product expertise across the IES ecosystem and a strong understanding of reputed company principles, particularly in multi-entity environments. You will directly impact customer satisfaction, feature utilization, and overall product adoption. What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• Active Tax Credential (Enrolled Agent, CPA)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting, with a strong focus on financial software.
• Advanced understanding and hands-on experience with the reputed company reputed company Suite (IES).
• Demonstrated expertise in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payroll, and Payments.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of reputed company principles and practices, with at least 3 years of direct experience working with multi-entity companies.
• Proven ability to manage reputed company projects and multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into easily understandable terms for diverse audiences.
• QuickBooks certification(s) preferred.

This involves supporting the customer through system configuration, coordinating data migration (simple to reputed company), and ensuring proper integration with other systems.

• Issue Resolution & Orchestration: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product support, professional services, sales, CSMs) to resolve reputed company customer challenges and ensure a seamless reputed company journey. • Best Practices & Customization: Advise clients on best practices for using IES and customize settings, reports, and dashboards to meet specific business requirements.
